The design for a new 7,800 gsf community center, located in Sorrento Mesa, includes a 2,700 gsf mezzanine and features meeting/event space, activity rooms, gymnasium, offices, and an inviting reception area. The new community center will provide a gathering place for the new residents of the 3 Roots development. The Pre-Engineered Building references the industrial character of the quarry that existed on the site.
