The new 6,720-sf Child Development Center will have seven permanent modular buildings consisting of classrooms, administration space, a flexible multipurpose room, and a kitchen. The exterior will include a playground, lunch shelter, garden, grassy play area, and parking.

This cost-effective center will utilize durable low-maintenance materials, as well as sustainable techniques to conserve energy and reduce operating expenses throughout the life cycle. Principals of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design will also be applied to heighten security.

Overall, the project is child-centric in nature, boasting bright colors that appeal to children, while also keeping in mind the needs and functionality of the space for adults.
