Design-Build Criteria for a new 319,000 sf Skilled Nursing and Memory Care Facility. Located on an 11 acre site, the 5-story, 240-bed, OSHPD 2 facility is designed to match the Spanish Colonial exteriors of the campus’ other major buildings while providing modern amenities to patients and staff.

The project encompasses a wide range of functional spaces and amenities, including main and satellite kitchens, dining rooms, exam rooms, nurse’s stations, laundry facilities, a pharmacy, resident outdoor spaces, parking areas, roadways, and an emergency generator. These features are carefully designed to provide a modern and comfortable setting for patients and staff, enabling efficient and high-quality care.
