The Poway Center for the Performing Arts Rehabilitation project modernizes critical building systems while enhancing accessibility and interior finishes within the 27,000 sf facility. The scope includes replacing major HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems, rehabilitating the roof, and upgrading auditorium seating, flooring, ceilings, and restrooms for an improved audience experience.

Accessibility upgrades focus on ADA-compliant handrails, ramps, ticket counters, dressing rooms, and site access, ensuring an inclusive environment for all visitors. To support uninterrupted operations, a carefully phased construction plan was developed to align with the theater’s performance schedule, allowing the venue to continue hosting both professional and student productions throughout the rehabilitation process.
