A new 40,800 sf 4-building complex which will house the facilities for the Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Grounds departments. Includes four enclosed carports to house electrical carts and service equipment, and two autowash bays. Additionally, a Materials Storage area was designed to satisfy both maintenance and adjacent Landscape Nursery Technology site.
