This 132,400-sf mixed-use parking structure is currently being built near the San Ysidro-Mexican border. The 6-level structure will offer 349 parking spaces and include Zero Emissions parking spots as well.

The retail space on the ground level will be approximately 11,540 sf and will be accessible from Virginia Avenue and Camino de la Plaza. Open to both the west and south to increase air flow, the north and east sides will be screened to reduce solar heat gain, featuring local art and advertisements. The structure will also boast sustainable features, including solar panels on the roof.
