New 100,460 sf 4-story Regional Transit Center with parking for 337 parking stalls and features a Smart Park system. This dynamic structure was built to complement the architecture of the Bellflower Mayne Events and from the second half of the north gateway entry into downtown Bellflower. The cast-in-place concrete structure features column free space, no shear walls for better visibility and an iconic tower entry element.
