The renovation of Bullard Hall, a multi-story 34,936 sf historic building, includes modern labs, offices, and classrooms that support in-resident and distant learning opportunities for the Technology and Engineering Departments: Space Systems Academic Group and Systems Engineering.

Built in 1954, it is historically significant, so the major exterior architectural and structural components have been carefully addressed to maintain the same visual aesthetics of the surrounding historical campus.
