The Calexico Student Housing project brings affordable and thoughtfully designed residences to campus, comprising ten 4-bedroom apartments with a total of 80 beds, plus a 2-bedroom apartment for a resident property manager. Designed to support student needs and foster community, the building includes shared amenities such as a courtyard, laundry facilities, mailroom, electrical and maintenance rooms, and dedicated community spaces, covering approximately 12,766 square feet.

The project scope extends to 26,270 square feet of site preparation, covering all phases from site design and engineering to structural foundation, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations. Exterior elements include landscape and irrigation, shade structures, hardscape, and essential site amenities, all curated to enhance the resident experience.
