The renovation & modernization of the historic high-rise County Administration Center (CAC) is a multi-phased, multi-year project of over 315,000 sf of office space that is broken down into 23 separate phases.

The project includes temporary swing space, new HVAC, lighting, fire sprinkler, audio-visual, security, finishes, historic window repair, signage, cafeteria, Board Chambers, ADA corrections and furniture.

Construction occurs after hours to ensure that the facility is operational during normal working hours.
