The new two-story municipal building will serve as a cornerstone of Fontana’s revitalized Civic Campus, reflecting the City’s rich heritage and forward-thinking vision.

The first floor features mixed-use office spaces integrated with parking, providing a functional and accessible foundation. On the second floor, dedicated offices for city executives and elected officials foster collaboration in an inspiring work environment. At the heart of the building, a vaulted, two-story City Council Chambers offers an impressive setting for civic meetings, with upper-level offices overlooking the space, reinforcing transparency and community engagement.

Incorporating accents of vibrant orange throughout, the building pays tribute to Fontana’s citrus farming legacy, while exposed steel beams honor the city’s industrial history with Kaiser Steel, a cornerstone of the region’s development. This modern structure seamlessly blends these historical elements with contemporary design, creating a unique and meaningful focal point for the renewed Civic Campus.
