Design of a new 14,000 sf Maintenance and Operations complex, built to the requirements of the Essential Services Act.

The main 9,000 sf building and smaller 1,000 sf will support Caltrans administration and operation activities. In addition, the project includes a separate 4,000 sf storage facility which will house five vehicle bays, fuel stations, car wash, and space for a back-up generator.

The entire complex will be built with high environmental standards to preserve energy wherever possible. The site will also be landscaped with local vegetation and account for storm water management.
