The Jefferson Middle School project enhances campus functionality with modern, prefabricated structures designed for adaptability. The 20,760-square-foot Science Classroom Building offers flexible indoor and outdoor learning environments, while the 21,177-square-foot Administration and Multi-Purpose Building serves as the main entrance and central hub for campus activities. A 3,400-square-foot pre-engineered lunch shelter provides covered outdoor seating, supporting student interaction and outdoor learning.

The project also establishes a welcoming new entry, defined by the Administration Building, PV Entry Canopy, and Music Building. The school’s blue and orange mascot colors are strategically incorporated to highlight the main entrance and foster school pride. A striking cantilevered solar canopy spans between the new buildings, reinforcing the entryway while showcasing the school’s commitment to sustainability. The exposed photovoltaic panels and educational diagrams create an interactive learning opportunity, helping students understand solar energy use.
