The new 7,500 sf pool facility includes modern administrative offices, a welcoming lobby, locker rooms, showers, storage, and 2 satellite restroom buildings. Designed to support the existing Las Palmas Park pools, the center features new yoga and fitness spaces, along with a children’s activity area featuring a splash pad and shade structures.

To maximize cost-effectiveness, the design focuses on energy efficiency and durability. The locker rooms and showers make use of natural ventilation while the roof is designed to accommodate a future photovoltaic system. Materials were thoughtfully chosen for their durability and low-maintenance needs and are treated to withstand exposure to chlorine.
