This multi-site development supports Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire’s ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing throughout the region. Located on three separate infill parcels, the project introduces 18 new low-rise residential units designed to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhoods.

Each building prioritizes wellness and livability, incorporating open-air gathering spaces, daylight, and natural cross-ventilation to promote resident comfort and mental health. The shared architectural language emphasizes walkability and neighborhood connection while allowing each site to respond to its own unique context. With all units featuring in-home laundry, private storage, and on-site parking tucked beneath the residential levels, the development balances privacy, function, and a strong sense of community.
