Pacific Village provides 63 affordable studio apartments for individuals experiencing homelessness in San Diego. SILLMAN transformed the existing property into a welcoming residential community, refreshing the building inside and out while upgrading it for its new use.

Each studio features a private bathroom and kitchenette with updated finishes. Improvements extend into the shared outdoor spaces, with a central courtyard, new landscaping, picnic areas, and other amenities designed to create a comfortable, residential setting and foster a sense of community.

The renovation also included accessibility and life-safety improvements, upgraded building systems, enhanced security, and rooftop solar panels.
