Looking to create a sense of “front door”, and individuality, through color and wayfinding, the project scope included a complete exterior and interior Rehabilitation and Renovation of (13) thirteen 2-story buildings, which included 50 Affordable Housing units.

Additional scope included renovation of common areas, office building, and laundry room. Improvements also included new roofs, windows, sliding doors, zen garden, and patio enclosures. New paint for all exteriors, as well as site and accessibility improvements were included.
