The Whole Site Modernization at Valencia Park Elementary School reimagines the campus to enhance accessibility, safety, and learning environments. Comprehensive site upgrades improve circulation and connectivity with a redesigned drop-off loop, widened driveway, ADA-compliant ramps, and a new kindergarten play structure with an outdoor classroom.
Building renovations modernize learning spaces and support facilities throughout the campus, including classrooms, special education and STEAM spaces, the library, administrative offices, restrooms, and the cafeteria. New exterior doors and windows, updated roofing, repaired façades, and refreshed interiors with new finishes and specialty equipment create a vibrant, contemporary environment.
Upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems improve energy efficiency and comfort, while enhanced security measures, advanced telecommunications, and integrated technology strengthen safety and connectivity. This transformation positions Valencia Park Elementary School as a safer, more accessible, and future-ready learning environment for students, staff, and the community.
