As the home to the City of San Diego’s Public Utilities Department (PUD) Environmental Monitoring and Technical Services (EMTS) Division, the renovations to the Naval Training Center Laboratory will bring the 55,000 sf facility up to the State of California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) standards.

The project includes upgrades to the building’s HVAC Systems, Building Envelope, Seismic Upgrades, a new Wet Lab Addition for Ocean Operations, Wet Lab Remodeling, and Photo Voltaic (PV) System and Parking Lot Carport Structure.
